Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. Within this period, you can initiate a return request via the link provided above.

Exchanges
If your order is defective, damaged, or doesn’t suit you, we offer the option of exchanging your product for the same item or any other item from our store.

Our exchange policy is also valid for 10 days from the date of delivery.

You can initiate an exchange request via the link above within 10 days of delivery. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return Shipping
We will arrange for the return pickup from the original delivery address only. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being in the original packaging. Please also return any freebies received with the order.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection of your return at our warehouse. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once we have received your returned item.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method for prepaid orders. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will request your bank account details to credit the refund.

For prepaid orders via UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refund will be processed back to the original account within 3-5 working days. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • For defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video of the product.
  • For defective and incorrect orders, please click on ‘Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section on the Rozés website and follow the instructions to upload images and the unboxing video. Ensure the video clearly highlights the defective/damaged/missing part of the jewelry.
  • The original labels and tags must be intact in the unboxing video. If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details, we may not be able to process your request further.
  • A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is required to process the request. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honored. Rozés reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.

Any complaints raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered. Returns and exchanges will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis.

If any items are missing from return orders (e.g., multiple products claimed to be returned but not all items are picked up), Rozés reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product(s) from the refund amount. This also applies to promotional products, including free gifts.

Once you have booked a return request, please be available for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer, the reverse pickup may be canceled at the delivery partner’s discretion, requiring the process to be re-initiated, which will extend the overall timeline.

Please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70) incurred for processing such returns. Any charges exceeding Rs 70 will be deducted from the refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will receive Rs.70 towards shipping charges with their refund.

Any single piece of jewelry in a combo or gift box cannot be replaced or returned. Products purchased during special promotional offers, contests, clearance sales, or any special scheme cannot be returned or replaced.
